Matthew 19:27. Then Peter answered and
said to him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed you; what shall
we have therefore? 28. And Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, That
you which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man
shall sit in the throne of his glory, you also shall sit upon twelve
thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29. And every one that has
forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife,
or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundred times
as much, and shall inherit everlasting life. 30. But many that are first
shall be last; and the last shall be first.
Mark 10:28. Then Peter began to say to him,
Look, we have left all, and have followed you. 29. And Jesus answered
and said, Truly I say to you, There is no man that has left house, or
brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or
lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, 30. But he shall receive a hundred
times as much now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and
mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to
come eternal life. 31. But many that are first shall be last; and the
last first.
